I’m not sure how I feel about this. The taste was a little off to me, and it didn’t really come across as pure. What confused me more was that the email I got seemed to say one thing, but the product/ingredients felt like another, so I’m left not totally sure what I actually received

I tried using this over the weekend, it wasn’t as simple as I expected. After messing with it for a while, things still felt kind of messy and not very straightforward. I was hoping it would save me time, but by the end of the day, I felt like I was still sorting everything out.

I tried Pique tea for a few weeks hoping it’d help with digestion and give me a little energy boost. it tastes good and it’s super easy to make, which is nice. But I can’t say I noticed any huge health changes or anything. Maybe I felt a bit less bloated here and there, but nothing wild. It’s decent, just kinda pricey for what it actually did for me, ya know?

I was excited to try this, though I can’t remember if I had it right after buying it or a few days later. Either way, the taste just came across kind of weak and flat to me. It wasn’t awful or anything, but I kept waiting for more flavor to kick in and it never really did. I probably wouldn’t pick it up again.

Shipping has taken way too long and I’m still sitting here with no Package. not really sure what’s going on, but it’s been frustrating.

Ordering from piquetea.com was straightforward. Checkout worked fine, and I got the shipping info like you’d expect. It didn’t arrive super fast, but nothing that felt unreasonable.
The only part that threw me off was the subscription setup. I figured it would be obvious how to manage, but I ended up clicking around more than I should have had to. Common sense says that kind of thing should be easy to find and adjust.
Customer service did get back to me when I asked, which I appreciated. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but the subscription side could definitely be made smoother.

I bought this thinking it might become a nice little daily tea routine, but it just felt too pricey for what it actually is.
The taste was fine, not terrible or anything, but it didn’t have that “okay, I get why this costs more” moment. I mostly finished it because I’d already paid for it, and at this point I’m too tired of chasing customer service or dealing with returns over stuff like this.
I’m sure some people really love it, but for me the value just wasn’t there. I wouldn’t buy it again unless the price came down quite a bit.

I was hoping there would be more to choose from. I’m not super picky, but when I’m looking at tea options, I kind of expect at least a few different flavors or blends that feel a little interesting. The selection felt limited, and most of what was there just seemed kind of basic, so I had a hard time getting excited about picking anything.

I reached out to Pique Tea support about an issue with my order, the replies were so slow. When they finally got back to me, it kinda felt like they didn’t even read my message. I had to explain the same thing again, and I still didn’t really get a clear answer or fix. Frustrating, not gonna lie. I definitely expected better customer service
